The TIC-MLS will allow sponsors to distribute their properties through a network consisting of the nation’s 1.5 million Real Estate professionals.

As more Real Estate Agents use the TIC-MLS and more properties are posted on the TIC-MLS both for initial sale and sale in a secondary market, the TIC-MLS will become the primary source for TIC product and lead generation.
