TIC-MLS is the only national multiple listing service for the real estate tenant-in-common (TIC) industry. TIC-MLS is a seller sponsored site, there is no cost of membership to view and obtain information about listed properties.

1. TIC Corporate Sellers (Sponsors). Corporate Sellers can look to TIC-MLS for national distribution of their TIC properties.
2. Real Estate Professionals (Buyer Representation). Real estate brokers, agents and consultants can find suitable replacement property for their clients.
3. TIC Replacement Property. 1031 buyers and investors can find suitable replacement or investment property.
4. Individual Sellers (Secondary Market). Current owners of TIC property may look to TIC-MLS for the resell of their existing TIC property.

TIC-MLS will not differentiate between newly structured TIC properties and TIC properties acquired years earlier and posted on the site for resell. In other words, TIC-MLS will provide a secondary market for existing TIC properties alongside of “newly minted” TIC properties.
